Stephanie Porter

Stephanie has been a Certified Prosthetist-Orthotist for nearly 25 years and is passionate about helping people with limb loss get back to doing the things that keep them moving and feeling whole again.

With a deep-rooted belief in the power of movement, Stephanie has provided prosthetic care to those in need in places such as Ecuador, through the Hermano Miguel Foundation, and in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake while working for Hanger Clinic. Stephanie has been a long-time supporter of Steps of Faith and is excited to support Steps in a more formal role as a Board Member.

In her day job with PROTEOR, Stephanie uses her clinical experience and knack for understanding customer needs and the customer experience to shape product strategy, with a recent focus on the implementation of 3D printed socket technology in the US—work that she believes has the potential to provide clinicians and prosthetic users with even greater possible outcomes and accessibility than what is available with traditional fabrication today.

Stephanie lives in Boulder, Colorado, with her wife, Angela, and sons, Jackson and Wyatt.
